Move it March!

DF & I have made a pact for March. We are going to do some form of exercise every single day.
Today I stared my morning with some arm weights, my couch to 5km run (week 2!) and some crunches and side to sides with a medicine ball. It doesn't matter how many of these you do they don't seem to get any easier!
Tonight after dinner DF & I will go for our walk. For those that know the Sunshine Coast, we like to park our car at the Alexandra Headland surf club then walk up the hill & over to the Mooloolaba surf club & back. It is close to a 5km round trip with a massive hill & winding path. This is becoming a little evening ritual for us. It is great to be able to spend some one on one time together while getting active. It is a beautiful walk as well. On one side you have the ocean, which you can see the for the whole walk. On the other side you have million dollar units. It is nice to walk along there & talk about 'one day' owning one of the older units & renovating it. We talk about all the things we would do to it. Some of the older units have already been renovated & it is great to see the old tired buildings that have been given a new lease on life. It is amazing to see the amount of people out enjoying the evening. People running, cycling. Holiday makers slowly strolling & people just like us 'slightly' over weight & out doing something about it!

It is such a lovely way to end our day!
