Prawn Kababs

I thought I'd share another great recipe that I came up with. We did these on the BBQ & served with a yuumy asian inspired salad. You can have 2 kabab's for 3 points.

Green prawns shelled & deveined
Red capsicum
Onion
Fresh pineapple
1 clove of Garlic crushed
1 small knob of Ginger (about the same size as the clove of garlic) crushed
Juice of 1 Lime (approx)
1 tbs of Sweet chilli
1 tbs Fish sauce

Chop your vegies & fruit into large segements. Starting with a prawn thread your ingredients onto wooden skewers. I like to do 3 of each ingredient per skewer.
For the marinade just place all ingredients into a container & shake to combine. Pour over the skewers. Cook on a BBQ or hot pan for a few minutes each side.
